YachtMemory - Stay Processing Phase 1C.1e-b2 Test 2

This package performs the first real SQL transition test.

Safety model
------------
- Uses the existing CLOSED Stay #1 only after checking its validated baseline.
- Starts one MariaDB transaction.
- Injects that exact PDO into StayProcessingTransitionService.
- All synthetic changes and transition writes therefore use the same connection.
- A finally block always issues ROLLBACK while the transaction is active.
- After rollback, a fresh PDO reads the full stay_processing row and compares it
  with the pre-test snapshot.
- RESULT: OK requires the row to be exactly equal before and after.

6 stale worker for revision N rejected after input revision advances to N+1
