YachtMemory Phase 1D.1 - RunWriter transactional test

This package replaces StayProcessingRunWriter.php with the same production
behavior plus usePdoForTesting(?PDO), following the already proven YachtMemory
test pattern. Production behavior remains platform_db().

Install:
  unzip -o YachtMemory_StayProcessing_Phase1D1_RunWriterTest_v1.zip

Syntax:
  php -l src/services/StayProcessingRunWriter.php
  php -l shared_dashboard/scripts/test_stay_processing_run_writer.php

Run:
  php shared_dashboard/scripts/test_stay_processing_run_writer.php

The test:
- records the baseline row count
- starts ONE transaction on the exact injected PDO
- tests RUNNING, COMPLETE, FAILED and SKIPPED
- tests service-result counter mapping
- verifies a second final transition is rejected
- rolls back
- verifies with a fresh DB connection that the baseline count is unchanged

Expected:
  7 PASS
  ROLLBACK: OK
  POST-ROLLBACK DB CHECK: OK
  REAL DATA CHANGED: NO
  TESTS=7 PASS=7 FAIL=0
  RESULT: OK

No migration is included or required.
