YachtMemory Phase 1D.1 - RunWriter TestFix v1.1

Fixes only the post-rollback verification in the test script.

The previous test successfully completed PASS 1-6 and ROLLBACK, then failed
because it attempted to construct a fresh PDO using undocumented constants
DB_HOST/DB_NAME/DB_USER/DB_PASS.

This version:
- does NOT change StayProcessingRunWriter.php
- does NOT change database schema
- does NOT write persistent data
- reuses platform_db() after rollback for the persistent-state check

Install:
  unzip -o YachtMemory_StayProcessing_Phase1D1_RunWriterTestFix_v1_1.zip

Syntax:
  php -l shared_dashboard/scripts/test_stay_processing_run_writer.php

Run:
  php shared_dashboard/scripts/test_stay_processing_run_writer.php

Expected:
  PASS 1 ... PASS 7
  ROLLBACK: OK
  POST-ROLLBACK DB CHECK: OK
